I have had this happen but it usually comes back on line before I have to make a call. I have had this system for 3 months now and I have had to call Pentair about once a month. Not always due to the system as much as my learning how to take care of it. Foe example, my lights are on a schedule and I noticed I no longer had control of them. I couldnt change color or settings, so I called and they said for something like that just remove the device in the app and then reinstall it and it worked like a champ. Hope this helps.
