Hello
My units stabilizer lights are always blinking?? even when I hold down the less and more button....the chlorine in pool does not last, have to shock and use stabilizer for chlorine to stay in for a two days. Do you think the unit is bad?

Tell us a bit more about your pool... pool type (gallons, plaster/vinyl/fiberglass, etc.) equipment names and model numbers and how you are testing (what testkit?). Add that information to your signature so you won't need to supply it each time. See my signature and other members for ideas on what to include.

Not sure what you mean by "stabilizer lights". Maybe post a picture indicating where exactly these are.

Also list exact product names of what you have been adding.

Mary,

If the "Sanitizer" lights blink that means you are at less then 10%.. You just need to turn the output up...

Once it gets to 10% the lights will quit blinking and then you are using the 10% to 100% scale..

Your pool is going to need a lot more then 10% at this time of the year.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I had it on the max but all the lights just blinked, is there a chemical to put in?

Mary,

Do you have an automation system.. maybe an EasyTouch??

There is no chemical to put in.. Either you are doing something wrong, or the system is broken.

Are the lights flashing, or blinking from left to right??

I have never seen a failure as you are describing..

If you have an EasyTouch you can't do it at the cell.

If not, just keep pressing the "More" button.

Thanks,

Jim R.

Can you show a video of what's happening?

What is the date from the sticker on the bottom of the cell?

When was the cell installed?

When is the last time that it worked correctly?

Boost On/Off: Press both the More and Less buttons together to turn Boost mode on or off.

Boost mode sets the sanitizer output to run 100% for the next 24 hours of pool pump run time.

If the time clock switches off the pump cycle, then switches power back on the next day, Boost mode will continue until 24 hours has elapsed since Boost mode was turned on or Boost mode is canceled by the user.

The Sanitizer Output display will scroll
the output LEDs to indicate Boost mode.

It looks like you initially posted near the end of April in another thread

Can you post a full set of current test results from your own test kit?
What is your current CYA?
You need to add liquid chlorine until you get your SWG issues sorted.
