Pentair Intellichlor Model IC40 Not generating Chlorine

Hello all,

Thank you in advance for your help. You have bailed me out a few times now!
My chlorinator isn't making chlorine. The salt level lights are blinking red/green repeatedly. Probably a half second each. Salt is good - 3400.
I checked for build up inside and it is clean... Do I need a new salt generator? Any thoughts?

What is the age of the Intellichlor? There is a sticker on the bottom of it that has its manufacture date.
