Pentair intellichlor ic40 cell light not lit except during super chlorination mode.

New pool owner. We started up the intellchlor last week. I noticed that the cell light and sanitation level will only turn on when I’m in super chlorination mode. If I use pencentages only the flow light is on. Even if turn the percentages to 100% the cell light does not turn on. Salt level light is solid green and no other red lights. I am using the easytouch panel and screenlogic.

I assume that if the cell light isn’t on the swg isn’t working, is that correct? How can I fix this issue?

Are you adjusting the % on the EasyTouch or cell?

What is the manufacturing date on the label on the bottom front of the cell?
