Do you know anything about the Pentair Intellicenter 2 app? When I’m not at my home I can’t access the app, it doesn’t recognize my login information. Is this a glitch or maybe someone else has advice for me on how to get it to work.

Yes this is a new IntelliCenter 2 Installation, the registration happened by the pool person. He asked me what I wanted for a user name and password. There are no special characters in my e-mail or password with the exception your e-mail has the @ symbol.

I don't know about the internet connection test. What I do know is when I am at the property I am able to log in and see my pool etc. But when I leave, I am not able to view it. I am talking about using the app. The app is usable only when I am at home on the wifi.

The Internet Connection Test tells us if your panel is communicating with the Pentair server which is necessary for the remote connection.
