A new to me client as of the weekend. Pool is approx 25k Gunnite, auto cover, 2 skimmers and main drain all separately piped to pad, one return line assuming to two or three returns. Equipment: Easytouch, Intelliflo (011056) 3hp vsp, High rate sand filter, Aquacal HP, Pentair inline chlorinator and a useless Pentair Bioshield UV system. Client is willing to go SWCG so I think IC60 should mix well here. Question: As per enclosed pictures this ET panel doesn't seem to be SWCG ready so I'd need the kit with the power center wired through the ET panel. Also can I temporarily leave the UV system inline and just pull the power so it won't work? And would I just cut at the tees when the clock affords me the time to remove the UV garbage. Thanks in advance, Allan.

You need to open up the ET high voltage panel to confirm the SWG transformer is not installed. In which case you need the IntelliChlor Power Center box and then connect a RS-485 cable from the Power Center to the EasyTouch comm port.

Disconnect the UV power now and cut and cap the T's when you have time.

WF,

The missing small circuit breaker would be there if the EasyTouch came with a built-in Power Center..

You will have to buy an IC60 plus the External Power Center.. The SWCG Power Center MUST get's its AC power from the load side of the Pump/Filter relay inside the EasyTouch. You will also need to make a 4 wire cable (Door bell cable) so you can connect the new Power Center's com port to the com port inside the EasyTouch.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I have no idea, was only there this morning for the second time in my life. I'll be there on Friday next for the season opener. Hope there aren't too many surprises just by what I've seen to this point. Not even marked out circuits. I'd say the 50 amp is the hp and the 20 amp below is probably the vs pump.
