Pentair IC40 - bit the dust

I've had a Pentair IC40 for 8 years. It worked well and I liked it.
1.5 yrs ago, the original cell conked out and I replaced it at the eBay price of ~ 675ish for a new one.

Now, the 1.5 yr old one has bit the dust and a replacement IC40 is about 1000$ give or take (yes I know why).
UGH!

If Im gonna have to shell out a grand, I might as well add a few hundred more and replace the whole system with a more affordable replacement cell.

Decided to go with a Circupool. Wish me luck!

Dave -- the IC cells have a 2 year warranty. Did you try to make a warranty claim?
