Pentair Error code E01 - Need Help Fast, Please

Help, please!! We have a graduation party tomorrow.
My Pentair control panel was not working correctly (wont turn on easy and couldn't lower temps). My pool guy replaced the panel and believe a flow sensor (the heater would only run for maybe 15 seconds then cycle off and repeat).
Once those were replaced it is now showing a E01 code. He replaced the thermistor and I believe the thermal regulator and still throwing the code.
It is also reading the water temp as 0.

Any ideas?

Welcome to TFP.

Try another thermistor.

Check the wires between the thermistor and the PCB that no rodents chewed a wire.

Install a 10K resistor in place of the thermistor. It should show 76F. If the heater still does not run then replace the PCB

Thank you for responding. Where would I find a 10k resistor, like at Home Depot? Would I unplug the thermistor and plug in the resistor, bypassing the thermistor that is still in the heater?

It used to be Radio Shack. More likely Amazon now.

You need to use some alligator clips to connect the 10k resistor to the wires.
