I think it is dying. We turned it on this morning and it sounds awful. Is there anything I can check? I've gone to Pentair website for a trouble shooter and they aren't much help.
Likely the bearings are going bad in the motor. Which usually necessitates replacing the motor or for almost the same price you can get the bearings replaced. Does the motor spin by hand easily?
I don't know, I deal with the chemicals, hubs deals with equipment. Will ask him when he gets home. Ty for your quick reply, I figure it would take a couple of days.
