When I turn filter pump on the heater comes on also without command. The pool filter pump comes on at 6 am to circulate the heater comes on without being programed too.

82,82,82 and the spa is 104 . When i turn filter pump on for some reason the heater fires up on its own and heats to 107 .

Check that the heater control relay that the firemans switch is wired to has not failed closed. Use a multimeter to see if provides an open circuit when water temp is greater then pool temp set.
