Pebble Pool with low CH level

Hello, I'm fairly new to maintaining my pool, and I just got my water tested from my pool. It came back that my CH level is at 60 which they recommend should be between 200-400 ppm. I have a water softener system in my home which the main water line goes through first. They informed me that CH levels are really low and can cause damage to my pool in the long run. Does this apply to pebble pools? Will keeping a low CH affect a pebble pool compared to a regular plaster pool? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forum!
Take a look around the forum. You will find that pool owner testing and water chemistry management is the cornerstone of TFPC.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry and consider reviewing the entire Pool School eBook.

A pebble pool IS a plaster pool. All the plaster is holding the pebbles together.

You use plaster pool chemical levels.
