Hello,
We have been at out house for a few years now and the pool has been there roughly 30+ years. It was originally installed with concrete apron, and removed in place of pavers in 2002. The pavers go to edge of pool (on sides), but in middle of 32' run it juts out about 2''. It is filled with joint sand and I have replaced this sand a few times since we moved there as it gets splashed out/erroded when kids jump in and out. I'm wondering if over time the coping is pushing away from the side, perhaps from the joint sand. I don't have any basis to compare or how long its been like that, but I recently replaced the sand this year with gator dust which has been far better in terms of keeping a good seal and not washing out. However, going into winter I am wondering if I should be concerned with this bowing or for it to potentially get worse. Any ideas? Just confirming how severe it may be. Thanks
