Plaster day

I wasn't home but I made sure someone was there to take lots of pictures. At first I was nervous about how dark it was. But it's drying nicely and we are very happy with it. Acid wash tomorrow then WATER!!

Yes. Dark! We did go with Quartzscapes and after acid wash it might brighten a bit. Excited to see what it looks like with water.

I don't think it will lighten much, but it will have the very popular "lagoon" look to it. Bet you love it, but don't mess around getting us some fill pictures up, we're anxious to see it!! :lol:

Yes, Casey! The cracks are in our rear view and it's nothing but swimming in our future. I'll have to edit the title to reflect the happy story (knock on wood).

Still filling but too dark for pictures. Husband and I have set alternating alarms for midnight, 2am, 4am and 6am to check on the water level and make sure all is going smoothly. New pictures at first light, promise!
