Checked my chemicals and no chlorine for the 2nd week in a row. Found that the output lights won’t stay on. Is there a trick to get this thing to produce chlorine? Just added tabs for now until I get this thing figured out.D7054207-090C-4253-90AA-03EB40DA0818.jpeg

Is the IntelliChlor connected to your IntelliCenter?

What % output is set for POOL mode and SPA mode?

Are you in POOL mode or SPA mode.

Post a pic of your Home Screen.

Your pumps are likely wired to the Load side of your relay. They should have power all the time. Check that.
Not necessarily. The IntelliChlor is wired to the LOAD side of the filter pump relay. When the pump is off the IntelliChlor is shutdown and the IntelliCenter sees that as lost communication.
