And our water has blue salt like crystals. We do not have a salt water pool. And we have not been running g to pumps because of the pressure help

High filter pressure is not normally due to the pump being 'too strong', but rather a restriction in the flow of water back to the pool.
In most cases this is due to a dirty filter..
If you have not cleaned, or backwashed, your filter recently, then do it now..
Keep in mind that algae, can clog a filter is a day or less... So if the problem quickly returns, then I would suspect algae..
How are you currently sanitizing your pool water?? Chlorine tablets, Liquid Chlorine, or some other method??
