Other Ideas for public messaging on Water Safety

Hi all,
I'm working with our health department to think of ways to get messages out to families and pool owners regarding water safety. I've looked at the national associations, and they have great resources, like videos and infographics and websites.
I'm inquiring here if you have happened to come across other interesting ways to get messages out about water safety, like at pool stores, or on shopping receipts, or other ways to get safety tips to the general public who might have or visit pools and/or beaches. Something beyond social or broadcast media?

We have billboards a group put up on all of the major roads coming and going to get the "Teach your child to swim" message out.
