Onbalance sodium bicarbonate start up

I am getting ready to add water to my new pool and want to use the onbalance sodium bicarbonate procedure. My tap water numbers are as follows:
2.5 FC
.5 CC
25ppm calcium
40 TA
8.2 PH

If I did the math correct I need to add approx. 207 pounds of sodium bicarbonate. Please advise

Forgot to mention did my testing with TF100 kit.
