Omnilogic - Turns on/off lights outside of programmed hours

Hi!

My Omnilogic is going crazy. There is only 1 program on schedule but it starts and shuts off lights multiple times per day. Suggestions?

On a related note, my LEDs keep failing. Some already replaced failing again. Unacceptable on such an expensive product.
 
It would be helpful to know what version of firmware you are running. If later than 3.2, ensure that OmniDirect is set correctly. If your lights don't support OmniDirect, and it is enabled, this can cause issues.

The only other options that can turn lights on and off is either a software or relay issue. Go through the following steps:
  1. If you're not running the latest version (4.0.1), update to the latest version. There have been a tremendous number of bug fixes and feature enhancements in the past several releases.
  2. Ensure your time and timezone are correct.
  3. Delete your current schedule, then restart the Omni twice. Let it run for a day and see if the lights stay off.
  4. If this appears to work, then put a schedule back in.

Sorry for my delayed reply, didnt get a note that you guys had kindly responded.

Updated to R0400000 right after, i did an OTA update to the latest as of today 3rd June 2021

Time and time zone are correct.

I have had several lights fail. Currently 4 of them failed. My dealer is not responding
