Omni Pool Control Firmware Update

Hello all. Does anyone on this board have any experience updating their Omni Firmware? I just received an email from them last week and it looks like it adds some good functionality with lights and light show selection, etc. Anyway, just curious if anyone has done this and if it is as easy as the instruction manual made it look....

I would take a pause and follow Omnilogic relays failing after update of firmware post. It might be an isolated incident, but I'd give it a few weeks in case any kinks need to be worked out.

Heads up I had a problem with tiny salt cell still under warranty and they upgraded my software for free. Will keep you posted on how the new software works.
