Ah, January in Texas. 80° with blue skies and sunshine! Good day for grilling burgers. I wanted to try something different, so I added a few ingredients to the ground beef: diced jalapeño, chopped bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, plus the requisite salt and pepper, along with several healthy dashes of Worcestershire. In the end, I should have used a little more bacon and another jalapeño, but they still tasted great!

Congrats @Brentr ! Unbelievable comeback! I turned the game off when Lawrence threw his 4th pick. Imagine my surprise when I got up this morning and saw that the Jags won!
Jags have been always been the one to beat. We have very close ties to one of the Jags employees so we support them. This Saturday is going to be a good one

Ok u cooking fools. School me here.

I have been doing wings in air frier for a year. They r awesome in there but it’s a pain due to size. I have the largest dual basket ninja and it isn’t cutting it. I want to try convection in the over.

My plan was wire rack on tray. But the temp. We are big convection cooks.

What is the highest I can go for crisp for those who use convection. I don’t have an “air fryer” setting on my stove I’m on a dual fuel wolf stove.

Someone mentioned 495. That sound like blow torch mode.

Ok people teach me!

Hope everyone is good!

Brent. Man! New Year’s resolution. Less eggs. Lol. I’m kidding.

Really lay off the eggs. Lol

Try the same temp as in your air fryer or just get 2 air fryers. lol
I usually do mine on the gas grill one burner set on low and they come out golden brown and crispy all the time.
Eggs are a great source here are some interesting facts:
A large egg contains about 6 grams of protein. Eggs also are a good source of other nutrients, including vitamin D (which aids bone health and the immune system) and choline (which helps metabolism and liver function, as well as fetal brain development)

Eggs are a nutritious protein source and a staple in many people's diets. Though they're high in cholesterol, they also have many health-promoting qualities. For healthy adults, eating 1–2 eggs a day appears safe, as long as they're consumed as part of an overall nutritious diet.

As a child we could not afford to buy eggs and having eggs would be a very special treat so now cooking eggs on a regular basis is something special to me. Not everyone grew up in America.
