Seems strange that the testing tubes at TFTest kits don't work with the Taylor Sample Sizer.

The inner diameters are different, so it will not work.
Supplying Taylor tubes with the TF-100 would have added a fair bit of money to the cost of the test kit.

Because the diameter of the vial is not calibrated to the sample sizer, the volume remaining after displacement is not correct.

When I bought a SampleSizer, I just added a few Taylor test cylinders to my order, problem solved. Now the only TFT cylinder I still use is the FC test. I have a separate cylinder and stir bar for each of the tests.
The vial that comes with the Speed-Stir is the proper one for use with the Sample-Sizer. Win-Win!

I prefer the black lined vials from TF-100. Easier to read all around. I don't need no stankin' device to measure out my water.
