After getting multiple quotes, seems like there is plenty of meat on the bone to be worthy of at least considering OB. As a construction PM by nature (experience in SFR, High rise, industrial) the actually task of OB’ing seems really really simple for a pool. Hardest part being the starting point. Anyone know any reputable designers/engineers so I can get plans and elevations? From there is seems about 4-6 subs required and relatively simple build. Is it worth the potential headaches for cost savings.
