Be sure they are the same you use for the Poolmath iOS or android app.

Thank you for the welcome and for the assistance with the PC app. I just confirmed that the credentials I'm using with the PC app are that same that I successfully use with the iOS app. Something just came to mind that might be a factor: this PC is Windows 11. Does anyone know if that is a problem?

Should not be. My Win app works on my Win11 laptop.
The PC app has not been focused on as few use it.

Microsoft Store does specify OS: Windows 10 version 16299.0 or higher. If anyone is using Pool Math on Windows 11, please let me know that.
