I have the easytouch and an ic40. I have enabled it on the ET and set to 60% but the output lights don’t come on at all. It will turn to super chlorinate without a problem. Any ideas?

You have the Easytouch in the Service Mode. Take it out of Service Mode and put it in Auto Mode.
If you're in "Service" mode, you control the cell from the cell control panel.
If you're in "Auto" mode, you can control the chlorinator from the EasyTouch.
If you're in "Auto" mode, you can control the chlorinator from the EasyTouch.
Thank you. Just switched it over and will see if that works. I appreciate the help, still trying to figure out how the old owners had this set up and pool companies are booked.

I do not have screen logic. I am now in Auto mode and still not generating chlorine unless in super chlorinate mode.

If your IC40 has any lights when in the Service mode, it is wired incorrectly. This mean the cell can actually explode if the Flow Switch fails.. Does not happen often, but it can and has happened...!!
Did you ever get the Sanitizer lights to turn on?
Do you have an Internal Power Center or an External power center in a separate box?
