No power to my Pentair Mastertemp Heater 400- 460736

I am not getting power on my control panel on my Mastertemp. I have checked the fuse and it looks good. I also made sure power was coming into the unit. I think it is the control board or the membrane. anyone know the best way to test which one it is? I have a good voltmeter.

Yes it is automation. I was reading another thread with similar issues and when I bypassed the panel the heater kicked on.

The problem is within your settings, no demand for heat. Or the low voltage is chewed or broken. Rare cases the dry relay on automation is bad.

Yes, I did power down and then back up. Been shocked before And I hate it! LOL

I can’t see yourautomation in signature. In your automation Make sure the desired temp is above the current water temp. Make sure heat source is “heater” for pool/spa which ever one you are trying to heat. If automation has demand to heat it will send signal to heater to turn on. After demand is validated by automation click pool or spa button on heater doesn’t matter which and set to max and leave it. Verify it will continue to turn on and off through automation settings.

Alright figured out my Master temp somehow was disconnected from the intellicenter!

Hey Chris... I have similar issue. When you say you learned that the Mastertemp was disconnected from the Intellicenter-- did you have a wire loose inside the Intellicenter panel?

I've done some of the same debug in the Mastertemp box-- I'm getting 120v to the box and the fuse checks out OK. The heater panel just doesn't turn on when I turn on Spa mode. Even in service mode from my Easytouch panel, it won't work. I haven't opened up my Easytouch control panel. Here's a pic of my Mastertemp box.
