I all I know there are threads addressing this but... No lights on IC 40 ,I checked fuse , mine does not seem to have a light inside that lights up, not sure what to do next.
Tell us more.. Do you have an external Power Center, or is the power Center built-in to an EasyTouch or IntelliCenter???
Basically, there is a SWCG transformer that converts your High Voltage AC into about 24 Volts AC.. This then goes to the Surge card which changes the 24 Volts AC into about 30 to 40 Volts DC.. This DC is what runs the cell, including all the lights.
The Surge cards usually have a green LED that when on, indicates that the surge card is getting the 24 Volts AC from the transformer. You will need a voltmeter to measure the DC voltage.
Sadly, one of the failure modes of an IC40 is no lights.... even when it is getting the proper DC voltage...
