IC 40 Not turning on.

Hoping someone can help me out. I am running a IC 40 with a IntellipH system.
The SWG is plugged into the controller for the IntellipH and the IntellipH controller is plugged into the Transformer controller box.
IntellipH has power and display SWG has no lights on and the System does not see the SWG as plugged in.
Thinking if it was a fuse in the IC controller I would not have a display on the IntellipH?
Is it the SWG or the IntellipH controller or something else?

Check the connector the Intellichlor is plugged into on the IntellipH for burning. @Dirk has devised some hacks to bypass the connector that overheats.
