No heater but want to put in water temp sensor

Thanks! Looks like I would have to order Lubetube as I do not see available in local stores. Wondering if home depot has a substitute that doesnt contain forbidden chemicals.

The lubricant is nice, but not necessary.

the neat thing is "the check light went off when I installed temp sensor!

Looks like it does not contain PTFE or at least it is not mentioned on the lablel. Thank you
