My pressure gauge reads 0 and there is no water movement in the small glass indicator. But the water is circualting and coming out of the jets. I just backwashed, cleaned the pump filter basket and skimmers but no change, still 0 pressure. I am probably going to change the gauge but the fact that no watere in the glass buld has be concerned.

What model filter do you have? There is none listed in your signature.
Before you replace the gauge check that there is no blockage in the orifice into the gauge.
I would not be concerned that your water is so clear you don't see movement in your sight glass.

Not sure about your set up, but the ones I've had in the past only passed water by the sight glass when backwashing.
Do you have water flow returning to your pool eyeballs?
Depending on the filter, the input to the gauge can get plugged making the gauge not show any pressure at all.
