I had a radiant pool installed in March and at the time of installation I noticed they did not do any kind of cove at the base of the wall. When I asked about it I was told that this particular pool did not need it. Now I have holes in the liner at the bottom of the pool at the base of the wall. Could the liner be stressed at the base to the point it is casing holes?
