You have a green light to order the list you gave above. If your wallet is not screaming too loud you can add the filter gauge they sell. It is filled with fluid to help it last longer. It does last a lot longer than the ones that come with the filters or you buy from Lowes or such. It will be something of "down the road" in that the gauge you get with the filter will work for a while. Once it goes then you will have the new, better one waiting without having to pay extra shipping for it when you end up needing it. (I am a plan ahead kind of person so this kind of thing fits in my style.)

Tile-I don't think you can put real tile on a vinyl liner. At the top where my liner goes into the track there is a bit of play in that the very upper most part of the liner does not touch the wall so have some give to it. I think that could cause "real" tile to pop off. Most liners have a border that mimics the tile but it is still just vinyl. You can get some liners that do not have a border. It is up to you. I will let you know some concerns others have expressed about a borderless liner but don't know if they are based on facts or just the worry of it happening so do some searching to help you decide. Some people have expressed a concern about the part of the liner that is above the water will fade at a different rate than the rest of the liner as it has direct sun and no water on it. Again I don't know if this is a valid concern yet. My liner is a borderless liner but it is almost brand new so time will tell.

Did I cover it all? If not let me know what I missed.

Our pool builder encouraged us to go rectangle if we want an automatic cover. He said they can put them on free form, but they couldn't put them under the coping and make them invisible. There would have to be tracks on top of the deck for a free form pool.
Thank you. I am NOW uncertain. Need to talk to PB and husband.

I have been watching the Legendary Pool guy and most of his pools are REEF. He install tiles with the reef liner.
Reef liner do not come with border either.
I guess this will be a question for our PB.

What about your suggestion in having the liner information for the future?
We have Latham/Reef.
Do we need anything else?

You want to have the exact measurements as that looks like a very custom pool and you don't want to have to remeasure it when it is time to get a new line WAY in the future. Know the name and such is helpful but the details of the size is important.

Let the mud begin!

Here is your first job..........run out with your plans and a tape measure. Is it wide, deep, long, etc enough? Add about 8" for the steel, shell, and plaster.

CUTE girls!! I see some games of mountain goat in their future! Make sure they were their play clothes as we KNOW that red clay stains!
