So, my newly constructed pool was finished a couple months ago. I have been continuing to work with contractor on a few items, which has been difficult at best. The water just got warm enough for the grandkids to take their first plunge this weekend. I got in for a few minutes with them, and the first thing I noticed a patch on my brand new liner by one of the returns in the shallow end. Now I am wondering how many other patch's are on the liner in other places I have not found. Is this an acceptable practice for a brand new liner to have a patch put on it, and nothing said by the contractor? Any advice on how I should handle this? I am having a hard time accepting that my brand new liner already has a patch on it. Thoughts?
