I just used it for quick reference to be sure the chlorine went up I didn't want to pull the taylor kit out.
That was before adding the pH minus. I just did that right now. I tested it before. So then I'd need to wait another 30 and add more bleach? LOL this is Fun! ;-)
You would have to add about 5+ times too much for it to actually be too much bleach.
Anything under about 10ppm is safe to swim in with a CYA of 25ish.

So I think I made a big mistake. When I added the cya yesterday I sprinkled it about.....apparently I'm not smarter than the average bear. Did I ruin the pool. It was 6 Oz and I sprinkled then stirred up the pool.

It could have faded the liner if it sat in one place too long.

Ok. So squeezing it is ok. Those packages are full of so many warnings it makes my anxiety worse.

You are confusing me ... first you post a yellow OTO chlorine test and now a pink DPD one?

Sorry! I was being lazy earlier and just wanted a quick result. This one was in the cabinet the other was right by me!

OK did a comparison. Left is the same I posted earlier right side is after adding that last bit of chlorine. I see a little difference? Do i still need more?
Ok. In the morning. Don't wanna get eaten by snakes! LOL it's a distance out to where the pool is!
