Hi, I have head training in electronics as well as being a professional motorcycle mechanic. I am 69 and started taking care of pools when I was twelve and there were no vinyl pools that I new of only gunite. I have a pentair salt system and having problems with voltage to the cell, brand new surge board and only 26vdc coming out which is why I replaced it as I have almost 32vac going into the board which seems in spec. ( Pentair surge board problem)
