First off, I am very grateful to have found this amazing resource. Actually, my wife did. I was a bit frustrated finding subs for our pool build - but I will post a separate thread on that.
My wife and myself are extreme DIYers, she is an artistic visionary and usually initiates our projects, draws sketches etc. I am on the other hand very technical, I like to take her sketches and implement designs, calculations of flows, voltage drops, you get the idea.
We never owned a pool, but we always knew we'd have a pool in our future. We have two kids, boy and girl, 7 and 8, they are growing fast and we feel like the pool build is now or never for kid's sake.
