Hi, I live in Danville CA. Have a 20,000 gal salt pool built in 2006. Has a number of issues based on age plus the deck around the pool is sinking causing leaks in the related pipes. I had the solder issue DJConn described "The issue was caused by a broken/weak solder point on the K1 relay." and desoldering fixed the issue. Thank you DJConn!

The other issue I have is the valve next to the pump leaks in air.
