That’s very good. Now continue to test it daily and make sure that it doesn’t drop again. You can work on the other parameters too, but chlorine needs to be your first priority.
You test your water chemistry and adjust things as necessary. There should be no need to ever use boost. You might be able to use a few trichlor tablets off and on if your testing shows you need some CYA and can handle the pH drop.
Have you calculated how long you will need to run your pump and SWCG to create the FC you need each day?
