Just inherited a 20,000 gal pool and looking to learn how to maintain it properly. I believe its fiberglass, with a saltwater set up. the SWG has failed and the pool is therefore just getting balanced using "tabs" not sure what those are yet, but im assuming chlorine tablets. the automatic timer has also failed so im just switching the pumps on and off manually until I get a replacement. ive seen some sediment in the bottom of the pool (not much) but its making me wonder if the sand filter has also failed allowing some sand to make its way into the pool. Ill get there, but Im sure ill be using this resource heavily in the coming years. Cheers!
