New (to me) house and pool

Just getting started learning about pool care and maintenance so please bear with me. Bought a home in SW Florida with a pool and the previous owners left some pool items behind for us. First pic attached is what they left. I'm not sure if any of this stuff is worth using or not. I did use one of the little test strips to see what it says about the water, and the second pic is the result of that. Thoughts? Advice?

Hi and welcome. The kit is good and may need to replace expired reagents. The 2 products outside the box should be trashed and never used.

You will need to add a FAS DPD test for FC and CC.

The Clarifier is at last a quality product. Though there should be little need for it if you follow TFPC.

The clarifier is an excellent product, though seldom needed on a residential pool. It is made from the outer skeleton of animals like lobster and crab and sea shells. It doesn't clog filters like others do and will also remove a small amount of iron from pool water.

Alright so at least the testing kit looks to be a good product. I will find some time to learn and use it.
