New Sacramento pool owner

Hello Forum! James here. We are closing on our new Sacramento house tomorrow! The backyard pool is pretty awesome. I plan on doing the maintenance myself. I'm sure I will need some guidance at first, but looking forward to the challenge. I will be posting pictures of the pool and filter/pump setup on Saturday. I look forward to any help the forum can provide.
