New Rolachem - Liquid Chlorine Feeder Clogging Issues

Hi,

I searched and couldn’t find anything on this. I am getting inconsistent results from my Rolachem 15 gallon liquid chlorine feeder because it keeps clogging where it enters the PVC (see pic). It feeds great for several days after I clean out the crust but then starts to slow as the crystals start to form.

I have been cleaning out by removing brass fitting and unclogging.

Does anyone else have this issue or found a fix for it?

My guess is that many on the forum have installed Stenner pumps for LC. With your title of RolaChem, it may not hit their radar screen. Have you searched on the forum for users of Stenner pumps? Most likely they have similar issue at the connection point as I remember reading about one where they highlighted parts to clean or replace.
