Hey guys, below is a picture of my current setup. I am getting ready to make some changes and looking for input/advice. I am planning on removing the booster pump for my cleaner and going with a newer cleaner that operates from an electric outlet..any draw back to this?
I have an old 1hp pump that I want to replace with a variable speed pump. Currently my pump, heater, and salt cell are all controlled by one switch inside of that grey breaker box. The new VS pumps have built in controls and timers. I am concerned that if the new pump switches itself off the heater and salt cell will stay on? Is this a problem? Do I need to rewire the electric? Also I am looking at a 1.5HP superflo...is that too big? Should I go with a 1HP superflow VS instead?
Any and all advice are mucho appreciated!!!
