New pool, pebbletec finish stained/discoloration?

New pool was just finished ~ 2 months ago, Haven't brushed in two weeks or so and started again today because I thought the discoloration may be due to still having concrete/plaster dust present?

You can see the odd color on the sun shelf, theres also spots in the shallow end and its hard to tell from the photos. I dont think this could be calcium deposits as the pool is too new?

What test kit are you using? What was the results of the last test done? THAT will tell us the full story.

I'm using the Taylor K2006 test kit.

May latest test results as of yesterday (when i used the taylor kit fo the first time)

My current levels:
FC: 4
PH: 7.7
TA: 80
CH: 250
CYA: 50
TEMP: 76-80
CSI: -0.07 (as of this morning)

Are the spots circled in the pic below reflections or the white spots in the plaster?

No. Thats just reflections.

Its really difficult to see in photos. It almost like a pale brown-ish mottling of the plaster. Its very difficult to see in the photos.
