New pool opened pool this week- what are these spots on bottom of pool?

Hi there.
We just had a new pool built and pool builder put chemicals in and opened the pool this week.
It is a salt water pool.
I noticed today these yellowish spots all over the bottom of the pool. What are these ? What should be done (besides notifying pool builder ).
We used test strips and it showed the chlorine was high the other day. PB has us lower salt chlorination to 10%, but then it got very cold the other night (mid 30’s) and we got some alerts from omnilogic and PB said to turn off chlorinater. We just put it back at 10%. I will also start adding stuff to profile now about equipment .

Congrats on the new pool!!
First thing we need is test results from a quality kit like the TF-100 or K-2006c.
I suspect you are seeing algae on the bottom. You likely need to perform the SLAM Process
While you are waiting for the test kit, add 5ppm of chlorine per day via liquid chlorine.
