Intex 16x32 above ground vinyl pool. Initial water test results:
PH btw 7.6-7.8. One drop decreased it to 7.2
Alkalinity 70 ppm
Calcium between 60 to 70

0 for chlorine and cyanuric acid.

What do I do next?

Add bleach. Chlorine is 100 times more important than anything else. It keeps your water clean and safe. CYA will help keep chlorine in there. Until the CYA gets to around 35ppm, you may have to add chlorine several times a day.

The app recommended 90 ounces of bleach is this enough? And do I need to add anything else for the CYA or pH levels? Thank you so much!

Start as soon as you can. Don't underestimate how fast you'll use chlorine before that CYA dissolves. I wouldn't go more than a few hours without testing and adjusting your chlorine level. Overnight it won't be a problem.

My last test the FC was 1.8. What do we do when we're going to be gone for a few days?

Cya extends the life of chlorine. So once you get that up to an appropriate level it will help. You can elevate your chlorine up higher then usual and it will last a day or 2. Maybe a weekend.

For longer periods of time, use chlorine pucks in a floater. Just make sure to use them sparingly and take then out when you get home or your cya will go up too high.
