I just found this site while researching pools. Currently just completed the Tile and Coping stage of a gunite in-ground pool. Concrete decking is scheduled for the end of the week. Details are as follows: 30' x 16' pool, 3.5' deep in shallow end and 5' deep in the deep end, rectangular pool ~15,000 gallons. Equipment has already been setup and includes a Hayward Tristar pump (1.85 HP), multi-cyclonic prefilter, 450 sq ft cartridge filter, 3/4 HP booster pump for pool cleaner, and a 140K btu Heat Pump. Since we are at the end of October, I don't believe my Quartzscapes plaster finish will be installed until the spring of 2023.
