New pool in New Orleans

Moved back to New Orleans last year and bought a house with a big enough yard for a small pool. Installed in June/July while house was being painted - that caused a few issues. Grew up with a pool but new to saltwater and pool maintenance. Been a rocky couple of months but Hurricane Francine wasn't too bad. No power for 22 hours and debris in the pool. I'm here to learn.
