New Pool Build - North Dallas in Allen (East)

Thanks everyone. It actually feels like a pool now! The kids are getting excited...I had to explain that there is still a lot to be done before we can swim.
Slow...real slow. Only two things have been done over the last two weeks...tile and plumbing. They installed the wrong heater and IntelliChlor (40 instead of 60) so they will be correcting that soon. Hopefully the coping and stone work gets done this week...it looks like it may rain on Wednesday.
Sorry to hear that. That sounds very much like the last couple weeks for me. Hopefully things start to pick up for you here quickly!

Sorry it has taken me so long to post an update.
The pool is done and we have water! The kids actually played around on the steps last weekend.
Hold on to your hat, I have to make up for lost time and have attached a ton of pictures below!

We are really excited and happy with how everything turned out!
I tried to have pool school today but had to reschedule due to the pouring rain. Besides that, there is not much left to do with the pool.
The diving board was installed two days ago and the TV and patio speakers were installed today! I also put in two Hunter fans this afternoon.
Then the next phase starts...landscaping! I have received a few quotes and should be starting on it in the next two weeks.

737, we went with aqua blue mini Stonescapes.
I am currently learning water chemistry...and rereading pool school and understanding pool math. I got my TF-100 test kit and it is not as complicated as it looks in the beginning. However, I have some work to do with 0 FC and 8.2 (or higher ) PH as of yesterday.
I will try to post some more pictures soon.
