Hi All,
We broke ground mid-September. So far, so good. We have a great builder! Our backyard was a blank slate. We are now in the process of deciding on the pool finish and decking, landscaping etc. Our plans include a new retaining wall and fire pit seating area. Your comments, tips and advice are welcome!

Now is also a good time to ask what test kit your PB will be providing so we can fill in any holes.

Ensure that the plaster crew removes all the overlap from the tile installation, this will help with a stronger bond under the tile.View attachment 620090
Are you referring to grinding off any thinset on the gunite that squeezes out the bottom of tile installation?
