New Northeastern Pa Build

Some ceiling pics and a bathroom pic. I still have to get the towel holder and toilet paper things installed and my wife is trying to decide on a dressing bench and something to store odds and ends in there. I thought it was going to be small but that toilet and sink look kinda small in there. haha

kim i only prepped and finished everything. my buddy installed it. that's the true work being done. that brick is very very wonky. they struggled with it. i'm happy with it. hopefully granite next week and we can sand those pavers.

Granite going in. My wife did a killer job with the color. The guys are there now finishing up. They need to mount the sink when the seam dries and cut out for the grill. Only 1 seam atcthe sink. Around the grill is a solid piece. I’m so happy there is only 1 seam. He was also happy. It just makes it look so much cleaner. We got lucky with how large these slabs were.

Looks great! Curious as to the location of that last camera; I think I would have put it in the opposite corner to face outwards. Is there a reason you aimed it that way? Also, what cameras are you using? I have some bullet cams and turrets and have found that turrets are less susceptible to spiderwebs.

Hey man. I have it pointed in to cover the inside of the pool house. I have 3 other cameras that cover the front of it and onto the pool along with the back side and other 2 sides of he pool house plus 4 other on my home. I pretty much have a complete path of coverage around my whole property.
they are speco Tvi1080p cameras cause my home dvr is from when I built so they run over rg6 vs cat5. We use them cause they have a great warranty and are very good quality. Very cheap also when on sale. The other speco’s I have on my home are not tvi and did not last as long. They are slowly getting replaced. Never had a spiderweb issue.

Thanks Kim! Ya I like it. Matches well we were laughing today when it was getting it installed. He was saying it doesn’t feel like leather? Oh wait it isn’t. Haha. It’s all good though. I like it too.

I just got done sanding behind the counter so I can get the grill installed Sunday cause it’s suppose to rain all day.

I was able to get the grill installed tonight and threw the refrigerator in it’s place. The grill slid right in and trimmed out perfectly. I’m happy. So now all we need to do is getcthe sink and faucet hooked up and I need hardware. No green egg this year. That money got deferred to furniture.

Beautiful! It’s all coming together. Fun when the big splashy pieces just slide right in.

How awesome that all looks!!! Such great work!! What will you cook first out there?

Kim:kim:
Hey Kim. Thanks! I might mess around with the smoker box and try to do ribs for the first time. Figured go way out and try something I never did before. Why go easy. Haha or I might take the easy way out and get some nice bone in ribeyes. My favorite.
